We came to Linda feeling uncertain, skeptical, and honestly a little uncomfortable. As parents, we weren’t sure how drama therapy or creative play could help us connect with our child. But a child psychiatrist referred us to Linda because of her experience in working with parents and children together with creative forms of psychotherapy. Even though I’m an artist myself, the idea of engaging in expressive work with my child in a therapeutic setting felt unfamiliar and awkward. By the third session, something shifted. What had felt scary began to feel like possibility. We watched our child initiate contact with us in a way we hadn’t seen before. It was deeply moving. Linda guided us with remarkable sensitivity. She encouraged us to take emotional risks, and through that, we experienced moments of connection that were raw, joyful, and healing. What once felt odd transformed into something that felt safe. Now, our son asks to “play like we did in therapy.” We return to Linda a couple of times a year to check in, making sure we don’t fall back into old habits.
I recently joined a parenting workshop with Linda, specifically geared toward mothers and it was amazing. Linda created a safe, supportive space where everyone felt comfortable opening up. The insights were practical, eye-opening, and truly empowering. I walked away feeling more confident, inspired, and connected in my parenting. Linda is an incredible therapist and facilitator—I can’t recommend this workshop enough!
When we began couples therapy with Linda, I was resistant and skeptical—only going to avoid divorce. I’ve never been someone who talks easily about personal things. But Linda’s down-to-earth approach, patience, and humor put me at ease and gave me the courage to explore parts of myself I’d never looked at before. It wasn’t always easy, but knowing we were in capable hands made all the difference. We’re incredibly grateful for the clarity and connection we gained.
