“It’s not only children who grow. Parents do too. As much as we watch to see what our children do with their lives, they are watching us to see what we do with ours. I can’t tell my children to reach for the sun. All I can do is reach for it, myself.”

– Joyce Maynard

PARENT COUNSELING

BECOMING A PARENT
The moment you hold your child, everything changes. You are a parent—forever—and the bond you share will always be the foundation of your relationship. But how do you nurture it? How do you guide both yourself and your child as your connection grows?
There are countless courses for pregnancy and birth, but few prepare you for the real experience: the overwhelming love, the challenges, and the profound responsibility of being there in the moment with your little one. We help you navigate this journey, supporting you in building a strong, relationship with your child even and especially, when challenges arise.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Parent counselling focuses on strengthening the parent-child relationship while supporting you as a parent. It’s natural to worry about doing things “wrong,” but here, curiosity replaces fear: we explore what’s happening and why.
I guide parents to reconnect with their own childhood experiences—helping them understand both themselves and their child more deeply. Parent counselling is also a safe space for those moments when parenting feels overwhelming. Struggles are normal—every parent has wondered at some point, “How do I handle this?” There is expertise, support, insight, and practical tools to navigate those moments with confidence and peace of mind.

FAMILY THERAPY

A family is the smallest building block of society—and one of the most powerful. But even the strongest families can lose their footing when life throws them an unexpected challenge.

COUPLES THERAPY

You know the scene: one partner tries to talk, hoping to feel understood. The other withdraws, trying to protect themselves from overwhelm. Tension rises, doors close, and both of you end up feeling unheard, unseen, and disconnected.
